Swish Yoga is the perfect entry point for beginners of all ages and levels of fitness.

What is Yoga?

Yoga is a 5,000 year-old system of health and wellbeing. The benefits of yoga are multidimensional–physical (Body), emotional (Mind), and spiritual (Spirit). Many people are attracted to yoga practice initially for the physical benefits, but realize over time that Yoga has improved their lives. Every class at Swish Yoga provides a complete workout that strengthens and tones the body, improves posture, relieves back pain, and provides a sense of wellbeing. Yoga is an excellent compliment to other exercise routines. Everyone can do Yoga. It is a path to wellness, relaxation, weight loss and/or self empowerment. Anyone can start at any age and any level of physical health.
